Linda Martin has written several books on egg art over the years, providing informative insights into various aspects of egg art. These publications complement the relatively few books on egg art which are available nowadays, most of which are collections of photographs of beautiful egg designs.

As a trained teacher, Linda is fulfilling her need to pass on skills through her literature and the book offering is now accompanied by a quarterly magazine ‘The Art of the Egg Shell’ which has a worldwide circulation and provides artists with patterns, interesting articles, news on events worldwide, featured artists and plenty of techniques explained. No annual subscription is required, although most people, once they have seen one copy, want all the back issues and to ask to receive copies as they are issued. The magazine comes out in February, May, August and November. Egg artists from around the world are sending in articles, photographs and more for publication in this truly inspiring periodical. Following a re-print, all back issues are currently available for purchase.

In addition to the books and magazines, Linda has also published as pattern sheets, over 120 of her egg art designs covering a wide variety of techniques, such as papier toile, lattice work, multiple hinged eggs etc. More patterns are released from time to time and these will be shown on our ‘What’s New’ listing. Linda also sells patterns created by Joan Huff (a highly respected American artist).
